DeKalb County Chief Executive Officer Burrell Ellis will deliver the 2013 State of the County Address during a business breakfast hosted by the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and Council for Quality Growth on Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 8 a.m. at the Thalia N. Carlos Hellenic Community Center, 2500 Clairmont Road, Atlanta, GA 30329. Seating is limited and registration is required; tickets may be purchased online for $25 at www.councilforqualitygrowth.org. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.
