The St. Pius X football Golden Lions traveled to Cartersville High School and came away an impressive 31-19 upset victory Friday night in the Class AAA playoffs.
Dalton Wilson scored two touchdowns while Joey Connors and Jack Pelt added one apiece, according to media reports.
The Golden Lions now move on to the quarterfinals traveling to Callaway High School in Troup County on Friday, Nov. 29.
