New Family Medicine, Urgent Care Center Coming Soon

Another option for local medical service arrives in North Druid Hills shortly.

Physicians Immediate Med, which will offer family and urgent care medicine, plans to open soon on the western side of Clairmont Road just south of North Druid Hills Road. The red, steel beams of the practice's building are just going up now.

The practice is part of a chain across metro Atlanta. Physicians Immediate Med already operates nine locations in Acworth, Alpharetta, Buford, Douglasville, Duluth, Hiram, Johns Creek, Kennesaw and Norcross.

The practice will be headed by Dr. James A. Yost, according to a sign posted in front of the construction site.
