New Sushi Restaurant Opens Saturday in Decatur
Doors open at 6 pm at Brush Sushi Izakaya on Church Street, a new restaurant from former Brookhaven One Sushi chef Jason Liang.
Jason Liang, a former chef at One Sushi in Brookhaven, is opening his own restaurant in Decatur, with a grand opening set for Saturday night.
Brush Sushi Izakaya is located at 316 Church street, and officially opens at 6 pm, according to its Facebook page.
The restaurant held a private tasting party earlier in the week.

According to Atlanta Eater, Liang's partner is John Chen, co-owner of The Buddha Bar Athens, SandBar Athens, The Double Barrel, and Kramer's Buckhead Atlanta. Jeff Banks, former lead bartender at The Luminary, is running the new restaurant's beverage program.
