Townhome Construction: Good or Bad for North Druid Hills?

Should residents embrace the new community or groan at its impending opening.

Surely, it's construction is sign of a resurgent construction and housing industry, and it's good to see investment. But the community of 21 townhomes will also bring new traffic to an already absurdly congested corridor that's improperly used as a bridge between the city of Atlanta and suburban points eastward such as Stone Mountain.
