Volunteers Needed for Upcoming Cleanup at Zonolite Park

The cleanup of the South Fork of Peachtree Creek at the park will last from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on June 22.

Volunteers are encouraged to sign up for the June 22 cleanup of the South Fork of Peachtree Creek at Zonolite Park, 10 a.m.- 2p.m.

On its website, United by Blue (UBB) says it is working with Halfmoon Outfitters and Horny Toad in the effort (the company states that "for every product sold, UBB removes one pound of trash from oceans and waterways through company organized and hosted cleanups").

The partners will provide volunteers with free breakfast, supplies. games and giveaways. "All that we ask is that volunteers bring an extra pair of helping hands," the UBB website says.
