Want to Be on TV? Head to Sprig Wednesday

This might be a good way to end up on the nightly news without committing a crime or causing a highway pile-up: Head to Sprig restaurant in Oak Grove on Wednesday.

CBS Atlanta's Atlanta Eats will be filming inside the Lavista Road restaurant between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and the restaurant is asking its customers to stop by if they want to record testimonials or enjoy the buzz of filming.

Hosted by Steak Shapiro, Atlanta Eats is a weekly 30-minute TV program that offers local restaurant and food content. The show airs Saturdays at noon on CBS Atlanta and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. on PeachtreeTV.
