Cherokee Pair Charged with Shoplifting

Two women from Cherokee County came to Northeast Cobb for some shopping Monday and probably wound up staying in Cobb County longer than they planned.

Michelle Lee Eller, 28, of the 800 block of Misty Court in Canton and Chandra Kay Eller of the 300 block of Jordan Road in Ball Ground, who turned 34 Sunday, were arrested about 6:30 p.m. at Town Center Village, home of Northeast Cobb's , and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, according to booking records.

Michelle Eller was released on $1,000 bond early Tuesday. As of this writing, Chandra Eller remains in the county jail in lieu of the same bond.
