Bearded Winder Man Arrested in Shaving Cream Shoplifting Incident
The information in this story comes from the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. An arrest isn't the same thing as a conviction.

On January 3, Phillip Scott Dyess, 30, of Winder, who wears a beard, was in the Epps Bridge Parkway Walmart around 8pm.Â
He is believed to have taken a can of shaving cream to the returns desk, returned it and been credited for $8.66, the cost of the can. The clerk put the money on a Walmart gift card.
He has been charged with shoplifting.
