Building Permits Issued for Residential Construction in Oconee

The Athens Banner-Herald reports several building permits were recently issued for the Oconee area. These include permits to: 

• Complete the interior of a 19,000-square-foot commercial space
• Construct a two-story, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath single-family dwelling 
• Construct a two-story, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath single-family dwelling 
• Construct 288-square-foot addition and 360-square-foot screen porch at existing single-family dwelling
• Build a swimming pool
