NE Health District Adds 36 COVID-19 Cases, No Deaths From Disease
The state of Georgia is last in the country in the percent of the population vaccinated.

Below is a summary of COVID-19 data on Monday for Oconee and Clarke counties and for the entire 10-county Northeast Health District.
- The Northeast Health District added 36 new cases of COVID-19. The seven-day rolling average or added cases declined.
- The District added no confirmed deaths from the disease, and the seven-day rolling average of added confirmed deaths declined.
- The Department of Community reported four deaths from COVID-19 at area long-term care facilities, but only one of these is certain to have occurred in recent days.
- The seven-day rolling average of added cases of COVID-19 in Oconee County remained unchanged from Sunday, but the rolling average in Clarke County increased.
- The state of Georgia is last in the country in the percentage of residents who have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
