The Oconee County Board of Commissioners was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Sgt. Carter Brank on Saturday, April 18. The Board extends its sincere and heartfelt condolences to Sgt. Brank’s family and the entire Oconee County Sheriff’s Office and expresses its thanks for his many years of dedicated service to Oconee County, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the United States Navy. Sgt. Brank will be missed by the entire community.
