I guess most of you realize that President Putin from Russia can be quite a "Bad Ass" and also quite a "Hard Ass". But have you ever wondered why? It may be that he might be afraid, meaning being afraid that people might think that he is just "Farting Around". Also at his age, he just doesn't want folks to think that he is just an "Old Fart".
So, I am really sure that he is really self conscious about his name. After all it is PUTIN (pronounced POOT-IN).
Here in the South, we gave a definition for that:
pootin'
1. A southern slang term for passing gas
2. Farting
1. A southern slang term for passing gas
2. Farting lad
So when you think of Old Vlad, don't be scared, after all he is just some old fart who is just farting around or "Pootin Around" around as the case may be..
