City to Consider Adopting Comprehensive Plan
Also on the agenda are presentations on SPLOST, Code Enforcement and Franchise Fees.

The Peachtree Corners City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday with a Work Session.
At its last council meeting the council decided to hold Work Sessions directly after the City Council meetings. Tuesday, Nov. 19, will be the city's first Work Session.
They are designed to give the council an opportunity to discuss upcoming agenda items and other city matters. The meetings are open to the public.
At the Tuesday night council meeting, city leaders will hear public comments on an ordinance to adopt the city's comprehensive plan.
The comprehensive plan, which the city has been working on since the first of the year, is required by the state of Georgia. Its purpose is to give city leaders a plan to use as a guide for the next 20 years to prepare for new growth, population changes, business and transportation needs.
Also on the agenda, the council will hear a rezoning request  of 1.75 acres to allow Green Brothers, a garden supply business, to operate at 500 South Peachtree Street. The area is located near Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Buford Highway on the former site of a lumber yard.
The Planning Commission has recommended approval with conditions which the owner has agreed to.
Also listed is a second read to amend the city's zoning map to rezone four parcels for the mixed use development planned for the city's property across from The Forum. However this request has been withdrawn by the applicant.
The agenda includes a presentation and discussion on:
- SPLOST
- Code Enforcement
- Franchise Fees
