Construction is underway at Noble Village Senior Living at Spalding

As you might be aware if you’re in the area of Spalding Drive, that the construction of the new senior living community, Noble Village at Spalding, has resumed and is in full swing.  

The site is hub of activity with construction vehicles and dozers; concrete has been poured for the foundations of the cottages, which are expected to be framed with-in the next week.  The sidewalks, entrance and landscaping along Spalding Drive will be the next focus.   

Upon completion the nine acre site will offer cottages, independent living apartment homes, assisted living and memory care and the unique feature of nineteen custom build home sites which are available for purchase. 

We are pre-leasing at our leasing center, which is located at the Corner Office, 5425 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 258 Peachtree Corners, GA 30092.
