Observations: At time of inspection, observed several clean food containers and lids being stored away as clean with buildup of food debris. Food not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils not air-dried. Non-food contact surfaces not clean. Interior of prep-cooler had buildup of debris.
