A Walmart employee tried to stop the woman from exiting the store with a cart full of items, but the woman used the pepper spray to get away.

“The female walked into the Wal-Mart with the pepper spray in her hand, apparently ready for any contact with the store’s staff,” Duluth Police said on Facebook. “The female did not hesitate to use the pepper spray twice on the Wal-Mart employee in the attempt to steal the items.”
