New Mixed Use Community Opens In Downtown Roswell

Roswell Court is a three-building community featuring residences, commercial condos and a 2-story office building.

ROSWELL, GA — A new mixed-use project has opened up shop in downtown Roswell. Roswell Court blends luxury homes with neighborhood office and commercial space at the corner of Norcross and Forrest streets.

Roswell Court is less than a half-mile from Canton Street, and well within walking distance to all the festivals, shops and dining situated in the city's Historic District. Ga. 400 is also just a few miles away for anyone who needs to jump on the Georgia Hospitality Highway.

JW Collection, John Wieland’s boutique brand, partnered with Schmit + Associates to create Roswell Court (For more news like this, find your local Patch here. If you have an iPhone, click here to get the free Patch iPhone app; download the free Patch Android app here).

“This neighborhood setting is unique, walkable and right where you want to be with detailed homes that sacrifice nothing in sophistication or style,” Wieland said.

The Historic District is undergoing redevelopment with the recent opening of two breweries, a planned distillery, a proposed hotel, library renovation and other new projects. The nearby Roswell Plaza Shopping Center was purchased by the city and will be undergoing redevelopment as a mixed-use concept. There are few other office condo units that can be purchased in the area.
