Mixed Real Estate Picture in Sandy Springs

There was a 27 percent increase in the number of housing units sold in March compared to February, but only 5 percent compared to March 2012. Prudential Realty provides a quick monthly update.

The median listing price for March was nearly $440,000, while the median sale price was about $294,000.
