NFL Hall Of Famer Selling Sandy Springs Estate

This $3 million beaut is going up for auction, winner takes all.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Former NFL cornerback and 2019 Hall of Fame inductee Roland "Champ" Bailey Jr. is selling his 10,400 square-foot home in Sandy Springs. The Feb. 28 auction will see bidders going for the estate on Claire Rose Lane.

The property was previously listed at $2.99 million, according to a release about the auction. It'll be sold, without reserve, to the highest bidder.

“We’ve had many priceless memories in our family home, but we have decided to move to accommodate our growing family,” Champ said, according to the release.

The home at 5635 Claire Rose Lane has cathedral ceilings, seven fireplaces, hand-carved mill work, French doors, and indoor grill and much more. Not to mention the stone shower, elevator, entertainer's basement and the spa.

Bailey used to play for the Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints.
