Ground Set for New Store to Replace Kmart in Snellville
At Home, a home decorating superstore, could be open by July 2015.

Landscaping plans were reviewed by the city’s Board of Appeals Tuesday, putting into motion a plan to bring a new $1.2 million home décor store project to the city.
At Home, a 30-year-plus home decorating superstore company, has plans to occupy the Kmart on Wisteria Drive which has announced it is closing in the near future.
The 84,146-square-foot building will be remodeled and could be open as an At Home by July 2015, city officials said.
