Gwinnett Kroger Store To Close In May

The Kroger had been in business for nearly 30 years, but sales had declined, according to the company.

SNELLVILLE, GA — The Kroger on Highway 78 in Snellville is set to close on May 9. The company decided to close the location because of declining sales, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

According to the AJC, the store's 118 employees will be considered for reassignment to other Kroger locations.

The store on Highway 78 had been in business for nearly 30 years. Signs have been posted at the store alerting customers of the upcoming closure.
