Gwinnett Restaurant Fails Fourth Inspection This Year
The restaurant's license was suspended, and could be revoked permanently if improvements aren't made.

SNELLVILLE, GA — Mr. Eggroll, in Snellville, failed a health inspection on Tuesday -- the fourth time it's earned a failing grade in less than a year.
The restaurant, at 3303 Highway 124, got its license suspended for failing two inspections in a row. If improvements aren't made when inspectors return, probably some time in the next 10 days, Mr. Eggroll's license could be revoked entirely.
Tuesday also marked the restaurant's third food-service suspension since September of last year. Four suspensions in a year is grounds for the license to be revoked, too.

During Tuesday's inspection, on which Mr. Eggroll earned a 62/U, inspectors said they found raw chicken being left out to thaw in a pan and a bowl, and a pan of cooked chicken being stored on a trash can.
Plastic lids were being stored in handwashing sinks, three employees were not wearing hair restraints and the restaurant didn't have appropriate clean-up materials for certain accidents, among other problems.
