Deficiencies observed:Â Wet wiping cloths stored in plain water. In-use, wet wiping cloths must be stored in an approved sanitizing solution. The cloths were placed in 50 parts per million of chlorine.Â

Deficiencies observed: Tomato dicer is stored as clean with large food pieces and residue remaining in the grates of the slicer and the teeth of the plunging piece. Clean all parts of the slicer. Ensure that food-contact surfaces are completely clean to both sight and touch. Non-food contact surface of the beverage nozzles at the drive-thru have brown mold growth accumulated. Lighting in the women's restroom needs to be restored.

Deficiencies observed: Diced tofu and seaweed near the soups were found on diplay for consumer self service and were not properly protected at the time of inspection. The person in charge removed these items. The most current health inspection report was not posted in public view as required. The person in charge was advised to always post the most current health inspection in pubic view. Inspection report must be posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and/or not readable from one foot. A required additional routine inspection will be done in 30-60 days. A score of U may result in permit suspension due to back to back U's on routine inspections.

Deficiencies observed: Food container lids which have open seams are being used to cover food in the walk-in cooler. The green shelving inside the walk-in cooler has accumulated food particles and residue. Observed dumpster pad in poor condition during the inspection.Â

Deficiencies observed: Carafes for preparing breadstix sauce and pizza sauce are not being cleaned by methods which remove all food debris from the interior of them. Spatula and small tongs are stored in tepid water among the chicken wing sauces on the prep table. Remove the water from these utensils. In-use utensils may either be kept completely dry on a clean surface, submerged in water maintained at 135F or higher, or kept under continuously running water. Green shelving adjacent to the fryers is coated with grease and food residue.Â
