Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Several items cold-holding in different units at temperatures above 41oF. Cheesecake and whipped cream in 1-door desert unit, corndogs in double cold-hold drawers on prep line, cheese and pepperoni in cold-hold unit next to grill. Items had only been on make line since 11:00 AM so all items moved to walk-in cooler. Cold-holding potentially hazardous foods should be maintained at 41oF or below.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 14D, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(n) ] Single-use gloves used for multiple tasks that present risk for cross-contamination. Observed employees stick hand in sanitize bucket, wipe down counters, then proceed to work with ready-to-eat foods (burgers and fries) without changing gloves. Had employee change gloves. Gloves should be used fir a single task that does not present a risk of contamination.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
