Reward Offered in Early 2014 Snellville Shooting
Gwinnett County Crime Stoppers are offering a $4,500 reward for information leading to an arrest in the May shooting of Antonio Macklin.

As the Gwinnett County Police Department detectives continues to investigate the murder of 35-year-old Antonio Macklin, Crime Stoppers is partnering with the family of the victim to offer a $4,500 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
On May 20, Gwinnett County Police Department officers responded to a report of a person shot at the 4400 block of Haynes Circle in unincorporated Snellville.
Once they arrived, officers located a black male in his thirties deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. After speaking with witnesses, investigators learned robbery was the most likely motive for shooting. Witnesses said two or three unknown males wearing dark camouflage entered the home and brandished guns. A struggle reportedly took place between the victim and the suspects when the victim was shot. The suspects fled the scene after the shooting.
