Snellville Publix Was Scene of Phone Robbery - Police Seek Info

SNELLVILLE, GA - A teen was robbed in the bathroom of a Snellville-area Publix last month and Gwinnett County police are looking for tips.
The victim was in the restroom of the Publix at 3550 Centerville Highway when two men approached him, according to police. They blocked the door and would not let the teen leave until he handed over his iPhone and Apple AirPods.
Once the teen gave the men his stuff, they immediately left the store, police said. The victim told police he did not know the suspects.

One of the suspects had a tattoo with cursive letters over his left eye, the victim told police. The department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects, pictured in store surveillance footage.
According to Gwinnett Police they have received several leads but have made no arrests.
