Three New Stores Coming To The Shoppes At Webb Gin

SNELLVILLE, GA — Three new stores have signed on to open up at The Shoppes at Webb Gin in Snellville.

H&M, Hollywood Feed and Smallcakes Cupcakery all have signed leases and are set to be open by this summer at the open-air shopping spot.

"The addition of multiple new premium retailers, including H & M, demonstrates our commitment to constantly upgrading our tenant mix to best serve the needs of our patrons," said Andrea Olshan, CEO of Olshan Properties, which owns The Shoppes.

Hollywood Feed, a pet supplies chain, will open this summer and occupy a 4,399-square-foot-space located near Sleep Number.

The retailer, which was founded in Tennessee in the 1950s, has since expanded to locations in Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Their newest location at The Shoppes at Webb Gin will become their second in Georgia.

Smallcakes Cupcakery, a franchise chain that sells cupcakes, will make The Shoppes a little sweeter with the opening of its 1,452-square-foot store in the space next to The Children’s Place.

Smallcakes Cupcakery, which plans to open this spring, has more than 100 locations in the United States and two locations in Dubai. The fast-growing chain is known for its gourmet cupcakes baked fresh daily and small batch cupcake-infused ice cream.

H&M, one of the world's most well-known apparel chains, will occupy a 19,000-square-foot space.

The location will offer clothing options for the entire family, featuring collections for ladies and men, as well as a separate section for accessories. This location will also carry the H&M Kids collection, which is for newborns to 14 year olds.

The H&M store will employ about 20 team members, and is set to open late spring 2017. It will become the thirteenth H&M store in the state of Georgia.

Located at the intersection of Scenic Highway 124 and Webb Gin House Road, The Shoppes at Webb Gin consists of 333,795 square feet of retail space with 17,212 square feet of office space and additional development opportunities. The retail center is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, Barnes & Noble and DSW.
