Auction of 817 and 825 Main Street Thursday

There will be an on-site auction of two properties on Thursday, March 14, 2 p.m. at 817 and 825 Main Street in Stone Mountain.

The property at 825 is residential; 817 is commercial.

People interested can inspect the properties starting around 1 p.m. Thursday, about an hour before the auction.

The successful bidder will need to be able to write a check for 10 percent of the purchase price and close within 30 days, Scott Schwartz, chief auctioneer with Auction Management Corp., told Patch.
