Lithonia, Stone Mountain Among Georgia's Least Expensive Places to Live
A new report by Coldwell Banker Real Estate ranks the nation's most affordable communities.

Lithonia and Stone Mountain have been ranked as some of the least expensive U.S. housing markets, according to a new report from Coldwell Banker.
Lithonia was ranked No. 10, while Stone Mountain came in at 59th, according to the AJC.
The nation’s cheapest market is Cleveland, while the most expensive is Newport Beach, CA. Riverdale in metro Atlanta was the second least expensive market, with an average home price of $79,223.
