Suwanee Restaurant Inspections: See the latest health checks of local eateries.

Several Suwanee-area restaurants underwent routine health inspections recently by the Gwinnett Health Department. Here are the results:
- BURGER KING: The restaurant at 1045 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard scored a "90/A" on Nov. 11. Among the violations noted:  Grease/buildup on the fryers. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.  New Violation. The full report is here.
- CHICK-FIL-A: The restaurant at 2835 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road scored a "99/A" on Nov. 8. Among the violations cited: Food buildup on the walkin freezer floor & in the upright cooler. Dust on the walkin cooler fan guards. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.  New Violation. - PHILLY CONNECTION: The restaurant at 2855 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, Suite 901Â scored a "99/A" on Nov. 8. Among the violations noted:Â Grease/buildup on the cookline equipment. Nonfood contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulations which may attract pests. Increase cleaning frequency. Â New Violation. The full report is here.
- MI CHI BISTRO SUSHI: The restaurant at 1300 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Suite 3101Â scored a "91/A" on Nov. 7. Among the violations cited:Â Employee handled ready to eat soy beans with bare hands. Beans were discarded. There should be no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods (RTE). Â Corrected On-Site.
