Smithereens Headline Suwanee August Concert And Wing Fest
The Smithereens has released 17 albums and have played over 2,500 live shows.
New Jersey rock band The Smithereens will headline the City of Suwanee’s 16th Annual August Concert and Wing Fest Saturday, August 10 from 5-10 p.m. in Suwanee Town Center Park. Best known for “Only a Memory,” “A Girl Like You,” and “Too Much Passion,” The Smithereens have been performing for 39 years, the city said in a news release.
The band has released 17 albums and have played over 2,500 live shows, including the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, Meadowlands Arena in New Jersey, and Radio City Music Hall.
Enjoy the music and wings from a variety of Suwanee restaurants. Beer and wine will be available from onsite vendors and Town Center merchants; bringing your own alcohol is prohibited. Free shuttles and off-site transportation are available.
