Suwanee’s Trek Or Treat Returns To Sims Lake

Little princesses, monsters, super heroes and witches will soon take cver City Park.

SUWANEE, GA – Summer may be finally over, but the City of Suwanee’s event calendar is heating up! Perhaps the most beloved event of the year with the younger segment of the population is the city’s annual Trek or Treat. All the little princesses, monsters, super heroes, and witches will have the opportunity to do a costume test run at the annual favorite on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 2 - 4 p.m. at Sims Lake Park.

The event, designed for children ten and younger, includes fall festival-style games, music, contests, and inflatables. Costumes aren’t required, but strongly encouraged. Parker the Dog will, of course, be there in costume.

“Trek or Treat is a great opportunity to give your Halloween costume a test drive, or at least get one more wear out of it!” said Suwanee Events & Outreach Manager Amy Doherty.
