Suwanee Student Charged With Tattooing Girl, 14

Known as 'Demente,' the suspect is a student at Collins Hill High.

A Suwanee teen who apparently has "done a few tattoos" for people at his house has been charged with tattooing a 14-year-old girl.

According to Gwinnett Police, Jose Jaime Cruz Jr. of a James Lee Drive address gave a tattoo to a girl at his residence on May 17, after school hours. The incident report indicates that Cruz's father "was at least aware" that his son has given tattoos to people in the house.

The victim told police that she only knew Cruz Jr., who is a Collins Hill High student, by the name of "Demente." Cruz Jr. is not a licensed tattoo artist.
