Avison Young Atlanta to Manage Crescent Centre in Tucker

The Atlanta office of Avison Young announced today that it has been appointed as leasing and management agent at Crescent Centre, a 247,296-square-foot office building located in the active Northlake/LaVista submarket. Avison Young’s Kirk Rich and Jillian Bailey are heading the assignment on behalf of Faropoint, an

institutional real estate investment, management, and development firm.

“The Crescent Centre building is located in one of Atlanta’s up and coming office districts and offers tenants easy access to I-285, as well as 51 restaurants, 28 retailers and 15 hotels within one mile,” said Rich. “These amenities make this area highly desirable,” said Rich.

The 12-story office building offers a state-of-the-art amenity package, including a conference center, park-like setting with lake view, fitness center, covered parking deck and more. Additional amenities include a bistro and around the clock security. The building is approximately 85 percent leased.
