Tucker’s Mayor and City Council held a short, special called meeting on Wednesday night, voting on a single issue. That issue was a bid award for intersection improvements at the junction of Hugh Howell Road and Flintstone Drive. Council approved the contract with E.R. Snell on a 6-0 vote.
The meeting was held over from Monday night when the Council decided to postpone all business following the death of Councilman Bill Rosenfeld. Mayor Auman on Wednesday announced that no date has been set yet for the special election to fill the vacant District One seat.
