Election 2015: Tucker Becomes a New City

Tucker has become DeKalb County’s newest city.

Voters overwhelmingly approved a referendum to become a municipality in Tuesday’s election.

DeKalb voters also approved an overhaul of the county’s ethics regulations.

And a bid to create what would have become DeKalb’s largest city, Lavista Hills, fell short.
