This is all about "Education"(as usual)...so I am doing this BLOG as a "favor" to many of our Customers and Associates...
...I realize that "daily" we are asked to "please take the time to do a survey...we want to know how your "shopping experience" was...Its all about "Customer Service" and Corporations are requesting more and more of these! I am one who will go "out of my way" to give "Kudo's" for a job well done! As Clark Howard states, constantly..."Its customer NO Service", anymore! This is a very sad fact, because there actually ARE other people, like me, who would like to SEE our "Associates" Rewarded in some way, for "going that extra mile" for our customers! A "Smile" can go a long way, however, you can't really put that "into writing", like a Survey states.
Do you really KNOW HOW to do one of these Surveys? There are generally choice's of 1-5 (5 being the MOST Satisfied!) However, if someone is NOT Satisfied, they want Management to KNOW immediately, how they feel...(I do, too!) For example...Our Kroger location does NOT have a fuel center..however, we get many "unsatisfied" consumers who don't understand that by filling out a survey for our Store location(any number below a 5)... the "higher score" will be brought DOWN! Please keep in mind that each store has their own survey and the directions are located at the bottom of your grocery receipt. So, please "Tell us how we're doing"!!!
