Authorities said the incident, which they are calling a case of "parking lot rage," seems to have began when a delivery truck that pulled up outside the Target trapped Moody's car and one driven by Robert Herwing, 47, of Decatur. Both drivers failed to give the other the right of way, leading to a confrontation.
