Your Pie Grows In Georgia, Opens In Tucker This Weekend

TUCKER, GA - From Your Pie: Your Pie, the original fast casual pizza concept, opens in Tucker on Oct. 5 at 3499 Chamblee-Tucker Rd. The brick-oven pizzeria offers a down-the-line experience at its more than 50 stores nationwide.

Your Pie Tucker | Embry Hills is owned and operated by Terrence, Kimberly and Cory Griffin, who were drawn to the Your Pie brand due to its fresh, customizable pizza and the vision founder Drew French created around family, food and community.

“Before we joined Your Pie as owners, we were huge fans of the brand itself,” Kimberly Griffin said. “Terrence and I both studied at Mercer University, so we’re very familiar with this area and felt that the Your Pie concept—fresh, customizable pizza, cooked to order in a brick oven—would add tremendous value to the Embry Hills community. Our mission is to provide a place where the community can gather to enjoy good food and create lasting memories.”

Prior to its official grand opening, Your Pie Tucker | Embry Hills will host ‘Dine and Donate’ events on Oct. 1, 2 and 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. During each shift, the restaurant will serve free pizzas for up to 200 registered guests and collect monetary donations on behalf of FOCUS + Fragile Kids. Your Pie was founded in 2008 by culinary entrepreneur Drew French, who aimed to create an innovative restaurant concept offering high quality, brick-oven pizza at incredible speed. Your Pie began franchising in 2010 and now shares its mission with more than 50 stores across the United States, with about 50 locations in development.

While family recipes and Italian culture helped lay the foundation for its processes and exceptional quality, Your Pie has continued to build upon this foundation with new ingredients, innovative recipes and endless choices to create a one-of-a-kind experience with traditional roots, but a flair all its own.

Your Pie uses hand-tossed dough, only fresh ingredients, homemade pizza sauces and salad dressings, and offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free pizzas, as well as traditional pizzas, chopped salads and paninis. All menu items, including its rotating seasonal menu, are inspired by family recipes from the Italian island of Ischia. The store also offers craft beer, wine and Italian-style gelato pairings designed to perfectly compliment guests’ custom pizza creations.
