Aria Chef To Give Demo at Morningside Farmers Market

Grass Fed Beef (Steaks, Roasts, Ground Beef), Berkshire Pork (Pork Chops, Sausage, Bacon, Bratwurst, Breakfast Links, Andouille, and many other varieties of Links), Grits, Cornmeal, tomato sauces.

Uncle Dom's

This week we have focaccia. We use 100% certifed semolina. Our frozen foods include gluten free eggplant parmigiana, regular eggplant parmigiana, gluten free zucchini parmigiana stuff zucchini and homemade sausage with peppers, lasagna, meatballs. We have fresh pasta and our dried pasta (all our product is made with organic and natural ingredients. Our pasta is made with 100% organic semolina flour (no white flour is added.) Our fresh crostini (flat bread) comes in many flavors. We also have all of our antipastas. This week for dessert we have our fresh cannoli, filled while you wait, gluten free cookies sweetened with agave.
