Arrest Made in Ponce Place Burglary

Police are still looking for a second suspect.

ATLANTA, GA -- Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a January Virginia Highland apartment burglary.

Marcus Obey was convinced by his grandmother to turn himself in, reports WSB-TV and CrimeStoppers Atlanta. The burglary took place on Jan. 15 in a Ponce Place apartment.

Police say the apartment’s resident had a video camera setup inside his home which captured video of two suspects committing this crime.

Police are still looking for the second suspect.

Any information on the case can be submitted anonymously to the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477), onlinewww.crimestoppersatlanta.org or by texting CSA and the tip to CRIMES (274637). Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for the reward of up to $2,000.
