Celebrate Local Summer Harvest with Ecco
To celebrate the local summer harvest, Ecco will be serving a special Farm to City dinner menu July 4-9 and a Sunday Supper on July 10.
Join Ecco for a colorful culinary experience filled with tomatoes, field peas, corn and all your summer favorites. From Monday, July 4 - Saturday, July 9, 2016 help Executive Chef Michael Patria celebrate the summer harvest with a special Farm to City dinner menu where these local vegetables will be the star of the plate. To end the week-long festivities, Ecco will be hosting a Sunday Supper on July 10 where you can sample a number of summer’s specialties from local farm ingredients and speak one-on-one with Chef Michael Patria about local vegetables, the relationship between farmers and chefs, and more.
