DeKalb School Bus Struck from Behind
The Thursday morning crash sent six children to the hospital to be checked out, say DeKalb police.
A driver was ticketed for following too closely after the person’s SUV crashed into the back of a DeKalb County school bus Thursday morning on Pleasantdale Road.
Six children on the bus were checked out at a local hospital, reports WSB TV, and the bus driver was treated at the scene.
The bus was headed to Pleasantdale Elementary in Doraville at the time of the crash with 73 students on board.

The driver of the SUV also suffered minor injuries and was ticketed for following too closely, the news station reports.
