Investigators believe the suspect’s vehicle is an older model, black Ford Expedition, seen on camera leaving the area when thefts occurred. Police say they need help from the public to identify the SUV’s driver.

Some students at Stone Mountain Middle didn’t make it to school because buses were disabled, prompting the school system to create a task force to solve the thefts.
