Dorsey Alston Partnership Sells Out Virginia Park Townhomes

Dorsey Alston, the oldest independently owned residential real estate company in Atlanta, represented Walnut Meadows Real Estate Development in marketing 40 new Virginia-Highland town homes successfully.

All homes in Virginia Park have been sold and closed within days of receiving the certificate of occupancy. The final home closed last week.

The units are all three bedroom and three and half baths and have 10 foot ceilings and luxury kitchens that open onto family rooms. Dorsey Alston’s Kate Burke and Lindsay Dawson have been involved with the project from the planning phase.
