Early Morning Smash and Grab Burglary on Cheshire Bridge

A smash and grab burglary happened at the Mass Appeal menswear store on Cheshire Bridge Road early Thursday morning.

Police told the AJC that the burglars used a gray Honda to enter the store through a garage door around 4 am.

“A second vehicle was on scene with the Honda and was described as a white Toyota Corolla,” said Atlanta Police spokeswoman Kim Jones. “Both vehicles fled the scene a short time later, traveling west on Alco Street.”

No word yet on how much merchandise was taken.
