“We are looking for a few families (single parent/two parents with 1-3 children ages 4-9) to participate in a television commercial shoot on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 1:30pm to 5pm. The TV shoot will take place at the Museum and will focus on the new Winter Wonderland exhibition. Some photos may also be taken for marketing use. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and all participants must sign a photo release waiver. No guarantees can be made for screen time, but we will do our best to include as many participants as possible. There will be no speaking parts; participants will be featured as “extras” in b-roll footage showcasing families engaging with the exhibition.
“During the shoot, participants will be asked to enjoy the Winter Wonderland trees together, taking direction on specific actions (smiling, walking, pointing, talking, etc.) from the production crew. Participants that are here for the entire shoot and adhere to all the specifications will receive 4 passes to the Museum and 4 passes to an IMAX film so they can come back and enjoy Fernbank at their leisure. No further compensation or cash will be provided.
