Open Streets Emory Village, Sun Oct 29 - Seeking Street Games & Pre-School Play Area Toys
Can you provide street games for the public to use on Sun, Oct 29 at Open Streets Emory Village, from 2 to 6pm?
The Open Streets Emory Village Planning Committee is seeking new ideas and resources for street games and activities for Sunday, October 29, 2 to 6pm. We have procured: giant chess, jenga, badminton and frisbee golf.
We are seeking:
1) Street games for children and adults: corn hole, basketball (two portable hoops), soccer (two portable goals); monkey ball (or ladder ball), double dutch jump rope, etc. These will be played on street asphalt, not grass.
2) Preschool play area - Little Tykes plastic slides, cars, etc
Donors do not have to staff the activity - we can recruit volunteers if needed.
