The man who police believe fatally shot a woman after she left a downtown Decatur restaurant, and has been charged with killing two homeless men, may have had a fourth victim, WSB-TV says.
Aeman Presley was arrested by undercover MARTA police when he allegedly tried to ride without paying a fare on Thursday, WSB-TV said. Since Presley’s arrest, he has been charged with killing homeless men Dorian Jenkins and Tommy “Can Man” Mims on Nov. 23 and Nov. 26, respectively.
